Estonian sumo wrestler Baruto, center, receives the official notice of his promotion to ozeki from Japan Sumo Association officials on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, in Daito, Osaka Prefecture. “I will devote myself to training and do my utmost so that I will not dishonor the honorable rank of ozeki,” Baruto said during his acceptance speech.
