Trip to Kyushu! I’m sorry I’ve not taken enough time out of my busy life to put my photo’s up yet, so instead I’ve stolen some photo’s from my friends albums - via facebook. I’ll get mine up asap, but my to do list is longer than both of my arms and quite menacing, so for now I hope this will do!
I had a lovely trip down to the Island of Kyushu this past long weekend, where I stayed at three different ryokan/hostel/spa’s and enjoyed the fine company of some fantastic Toronto JET’s! We climbed (and were subsequently chased away from due to imminent peril) an active volcano, we dined on the finest of raw equine cuisine, and we saw the coolest sport in the world right before our stunned gaigin eyes (sumo). Without further ado - behold my abridged and plagiarized trip to Kumamoto and Fukuoka!
